A classic for a reason. Our traditional sauna uses dry heat to help you unwind, sweat out toxins, and loosen up tired muscles. It’s the kind of deep warmth that resets your body and clears your mind.
We are conveniently located in Meadows and within walking distance of your office, business location, and residential area in DIFC.
Each session typically lasts between 3 and 5 minutes, while the entire experience takes no longer than 15 minutes.

Just bring your swimwear and good mood. We provide private space to change, have shower and provide towels.
For the best sauna experience, please book in advance. However, you can walk in if you are planning to use only ice bath.
During Ramadan we are open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Sunday.
For ice bath, we offer 15 minutes slots. For infrared/ traditional sauna, we offer 25 minutes program/30 minutes slot. For a combined session of infrared/ traditional sauna & ice bath, we offer 25 minutes sauna session/45 minute slot. You can also purchase an additional time in advance.
We offer swimwear for sale, but encourage you to always bring your own. We offer a bath towel and foot mat free of charge.
Yes, we offer sessions for 2 people, whether it's for a couple or friends.
Our ice baths are maintained with a 3-step cleaning system: filtration, ozonation (gentle on the skin yet highly effective against viruses and bacteria), and hospital-grade UV sanitization. Our saunas are wiped after every use, with towels protecting the wood for extra hygiene.
