I had the best ice plunge experience in Dubai. The staff were friendly and kept track of my time and water temperature, personalizing the experience to help me see my progress. After the bath, I was offered a delicious cup of herbal tea (you can purchase it there as well), and I even received a dry bag for my wet swimsuit. I had an amazing experience at The Ice House! The cosy atmosphere of the room was perfect, and I absolutely loved the real plants, which added a refreshing and natural touch. The entire space was extremly clean, making me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. The facilities exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised by the cup of tea after the session. Thank you for making the "uncomfortable" experience of an icy water very comfortable!

Excellent set-up, well located in DIFC and cosy atmosphere. Super friendly and professional staff. The place is clean, with high hygiene standards. There are 3 rooms with different ice bath temperatures, showers, and an infrared sauna. You should plan 45minutes for the full experience. Would definitely recommend to start with the least cold plunge, get used to it and then gradually go for the lower temperatures when your body gets used to it over several sessions !
